Here is how the Dräger Graduate Program works:

Our Graduate Program lasts a total of 21 months. During this time, you go through different stations in your main focus business area. These stations are closely integrated with each other. The main focus business areas of the six trainees who started with us at the end of 2008 were: Sales & Marketing, Finance & Controlling, IT In-house Consulting, Supply Chain, Human Resources and Marketing Communications.

You spend the first nine months of the trainee period working in Lübeck. Then you start abroad. Here, your colleagues support you for six months on a project that corresponds to your main specialty area. Where will your progress continue for the last six months? We will arrange that with you according to your strengths and interests. We also expand your skills for your professional life at Dräger with different trainings: for example, with trainings on project management and intercultural communication.

Requirements:

  • Very good results from your studies
  • At least one foreign language (fluent)
  • Initial specialized knowledge gained through internships or student jobs
